TIPS TO HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT

  • Use the low calorie sweeteners instead of white or brown sugar with your juices, tea, or coffee.

  • Order diet drinks instead of regular ones.

  • Opt for reduced calorie salad dressings and ask that your sauce be served on the side (for the main dish if applicable and the salad).

  • Order your baked potato plain, with no added sour cream or sauces.

  • Ask for skinless chicken, and very lean meat.

  • Always choose broiled items instead of fried ones.

  • Stay away from breaded and fried food.

  • Watch out from Chinese food; many dishes seem healthy but are in fact fried.

  • Choose a fat free frozen yogurt as a desert. You can also have a fruit salad or a plain fruit as desired.
